Employees representing MedPartners Locum Tenens (now MPLT Healthcare) attended a special superhero themed awards luncheon hosted at the Signature Grand in Davie, FL where the winners were announced. The event honored 45 companies based in South Florida and over 500 professionals attended the reception.
Each company’s employees answered questionnaires that were then scored by Quantum Workplace in order to determine the final rankings. A number of job satisfaction metrics went into the tabulations, as well as other information provided by the employee responses. Each employee answered questions including descriptions of their company’s culture, how they know they are valued by the company, what popular perks are offered, what opportunities there are for growth and development, and how senior leadership helps to create the best possible work environment. The winning companies in each size category surpassed the competition by providing an outstanding and well-rounded work experience for their employees.
