Position Details:

• DATES & Schedule (call): M-F 8a – 5p
• TARGET START DATE: ASAP
• DETAILS: Walk in clinic
• Taking complete medical histories
• Performing physical examinations
• Assessment of health status
• Routine lab test
• Immunizations
• Minor surgical procedures
• Laceration repair
• Sprains, strains and fracture care
• Behavioral evaluation
• Work comp
• Specialized physical exams (i.e. DOT physicals)
• Birth control Implants and removals
• Prescribe prescription drugs Spirometry
• Annual wellness visits
• REQUIREMENTS (state license, life support, DEA, etc.): IA – license Required; DEA; BLS
• CAN WE LICENSE FOR THIS JOB: NO
• BOARD CERTIFICATION REQUIRED – YES
