Recruiting for the last 10 years for behavioral health.

What is an interesting/fun fact we would be surprised to learn about you?

I lived and worked in Barcelona, Spain for a year in 2005 for a finance company.

What is your best work memory?

The birth of my 2 ½ year old daughter.

I was able to provide a long term locums option to a candidate in heavy student loan debt. She was able to pay off over 200k in student loans over the course of 1 year. She worked extremely hard and focused on patient care. The client was very happy with our service and the candidate was happy to be student loan free after the assignment.

Company morale is high. Leadership plays a role in production and takes a great deal of pride in the company and why we are here. They make us feel as though we make a difference - small or large, either way, an important part of the company.

“Never give” up and “Have the courage to excel”- Being a part of a developing specialty, there’s a great deal to overcome. This type of business is not built overnight. It takes time and effort to get to a comfortable place in production, which is when you have push past the comfort zone. There’s never an “end of the road,” there is always going to be room to build more.
