I work specifically with our VMS/MSP clients, identifying their greatest needs, finding strategies to fill them, and working with our recruitment teams to find qualified providers to meet those demands.
Brief summary of your skills and/or specialties:
Cultivating strong relationships with our VMS/MSP clients is one of the building blocks of my position. This entails an intricate understanding of their needs and moving quickly and efficiently to meet those demands. I am detail-oriented, which helps me deliver high-quality and consistent results in all aspects of my work.
What is an interesting/fun fact we would be surprised to learn about you?
I am a Child of a Deaf Adult (CODA) fluent in American Sign Language. I have two older brothers, one hearing and the other deaf, and both of my parents are deaf. I could be better with signing, as my family's lip reads a ton. Our dog is named Coda, which symbolizes me and my life.
What is your best work memory?
I have only been here since October, but our Kickoff event was one of the best for many reasons. Being together and celebrating your team members' successes brings us closer to pushing our boundaries to the next level. It was motivating and encouraging to start the year on the right foot.

Among my accounts, there is one where our collaboration runs closely. Initially, we were not part of a specific facility panel, but they advocated for us to be included due to hot openings that needed attention. After joining the panel, we delivered many presentations and had a few offers, effectively addressing the needs of our partner and the hospital. Without this strong rapport and relationship, we would likely not have had the opportunity to assist. It is times like these where it is very motivating to know that we are making a difference in the community.

Our core values are extremely relatable, but if I had to pick one, I relate to the most, it would be Never Ever Give Up. There are many instances where things don’t work out for various reasons, but having the drive to find other strategies to meet your clients' demands is rewarding. Never take no for an answer!
