Surgical locums recruiter for over 5 years; heavily vested in neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery and urology.

What is an interesting/fun fact we would be surprised to learn about you?

I'm part owner of a brewery/restaurant.

What is your best work memory?

Booking dates for a surgeon at a facility. There is nothing better than the satisfaction of your hard work paying off for the doctor that put their trust in you. It is an incredible rush every single time it happens.

I think that can’t be boiled down to a single time. The teams here are all very close, we often eat lunch together, go to happy hour together, attend off duty hours events together. I think part of how we do our job well is the trust and camaraderie that we have as teams and that happens every day.

What makes working at MPLT Healthcare different from any company you’ve ever worked for?

There is a propensity for micromanagement in most companies these days. That is not something I have ever felt at MPLT.

Never Give Up. I work tirelessly to find opportunities for the physicians I work with and find physicians for our client facilities. I think what we do is incredibly important work giving physicians the freedom to supplement their income or control their work schedule. But it is also equally important to help short staffed facilities in need with the right physicians to help them keep their service lines humming seamlessly.
