I manage Obstetrics/Gynecology and OBGYN subspecialties physicians nationwide.
Brief summary of your skills and/or specialties:
I recruit providers for the open jobs we have nationwide as well as doing consulting in different specialties.
- Traditional OBGYNs: Focuses more on the full scope scale of OBGYN work. This involves clinic and call coverage. Clinic coverage mainly focuses on minor gynecology cases, whereas call coverage is taken at the hotel to be called into the hospital to do a procedure.
- OB Hospitalists: Focuses more on Labor and Delivery. They work inside the hospital mainly doing deliveries and emergent/major gynecology cases.
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine: Focuses on high-risk deliveries and typically involves clinic and call coverage.
- Gynecology Oncology: Focuses on the cancers of the female reproductive system.

Getting my first offer within 30 days working on the desk and graduating from the Associate Recruiter program.

I don’t necessarily have stories but some providers I work with call me Dee Dee. I never told them my nickname until they started calling me it.

What core value do you relate to most, and why?
I try to embody each core value because that is what will lead to success at this company, but the core value I relate to most is “Make a Contribution,” because it’s important to me that I add value not only to my team but the company as well. I love to help in anyway I can even if it doesn’t involve obtaining a KPI. My goal every week is to make at least 2-3 contributions that will further myself, team, and/or company.
