Brief summary of your own skills and/or specialties:

During my 3.5 years working with MPLT, I’ve worked on both sides of the business as Account Manager & Recruiter. Collectively, I’ve placed around 75 providers in over 10 different Pediatric & Radiology subspecialties.

What is an interesting/fun fact we would be surprised to learn about you?

I’m a travel enthusiast. I try to travel to a new place at least every other month. In 2019, I crossed Madrid, Barcelona, Ibiza, Costa Rica, Bahamas, Amsterdam, and Jamaica off my list.

What is your best work memory?

College colors day 2017. Winning the lip sync competition with a surprise sax solo and getting moved to the high producer plan on the same day.

One of my top providers has been working with me since I first started this job 3 years ago. We connected from day 1 with our love for traveling. She is a full time locums doc that enjoys the flexibility of experiencing new facilities and cities throughout the country and I’ve had the pleasure of getting her offered at 10+ hospitals over the years.

Culture. We have a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere in the office which allows people to be themselves and work to grow their business. The leadership team knows the job can be stressful and try to make it enjoyable for you to remain productive throughout the year without burning out. But don’t be fooled, everyone is here to work hard and be successful, so they do a great job making sure everyone is doing their part.

Never give up. This business has a lot of ups and downs, but being able to persevere past things out of your control is a huge part of this industry. Always try to come through for a client or doctor - helps build long lasting relationships, which is key to our business.
