I work directly with Radiologists across the country to ensure that facilities and communities in need get the medical care they deserve.
Brief summary of your skills and/or specialties:
I pride myself at being extremely consultative with any doctors that I work with, which has been hugely helpful in the Radiology field where many of the doctors are not ready to make a change or are so busy they can’t even imagine an alternative.
What is an interesting fact we would be surprised to learn about you?
My heart makes a ticking noise like a clock.
What is your best work memory?
My very first phone call with a provider here; I was very nervous at first but he eventually went on to be my first working doctor, showing me that the work you do here will help you even months down the line.
Tell us about a time you really connected with a provider, client, or team member.
One of the first times that I realized I was truly fitting in here was when the Radiology team went to help out at Boca Helping Hands. This opportunity allowed me to get to know my teammates for the first time outside of our typical work environment and really feel like I had become part of the team.
What makes MPLT Healthcare different from any company you’ve ever worked for?
Although this is my first job out of college, I have already been able to tell that this place is different from the corporate world at large. Everyone is extremely friendly, and even the CEO knows my name. I have felt incredibly valued during my time here.
What core value do you relate to most, and why?
Never Ever Give Up. After going through open heart surgery, I knew that I wanted to go into the healthcare field. This caused me to end up joining my school’s sales team, which allowed me to compete at ICSC and ultimately start my career with MPLT. I had a significant number of things fall through early on while I was building my business, but I was able to persevere and get the ball rolling on truly building a strong book of business.
