Position: Primary Care APP/FNP

Location: Coconut Creek, FL Duration: Permanent Position Shift: Flexible Licensure: Board

Position Details:

• Chronic conditions

• Adults 18+

• 16-18 PPD

• French Creole, Russian or Spanish required.

• Open to coverage Coconut Creek and or Boca

• Approximately 6-7 providers, 5-6 MAs, 5 Front Desk per location

• FL license and BLS
