Position: Medical Oncology APP Location: Sammamish, WA

Position Details:

• WA license preferred or Compact DEA
• 90% office/clinic 10% hospital
• Perform physical examinations and assess the medical history of oncology patients.
• Evaluate and monitor patients’ symptoms, side effects, and response to treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy.
• Treatment Administration:
• Prescribe and manage chemotherapy, supportive medications, and palliative care measures under the direction of an oncologist.
• Oversee blood transfusions and administration of growth factors or other treatments.
• Symptom Management:
• Provide supportive care to address pain, fatigue, nausea, neuropathy, and other cancer-related or treatment-related symptoms.
• Manage oncologic emergencies such as febrile neutropenia or tumor lysis syndrome.
