Position Details:

• DATES & Schedule (call): Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
• LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 2-3 days in January
• TARGET START DATE: January 1st, 205
• 20-30 PPD
• Children + Adults
• Basic suture, splint I&D
• Reason for coverage: Holiday
• REQUIREMENTS: SC licensed, BLS & DEA Local providers ONLY
• CAN WE LICENSE FOR THIS JOB: NO – Local Only
• BOARD CERTIFICATION REQUIRED – YES
• EMR SYSTEM: Eclinical Works
• CREDENTIALING TIMELINE: N/A
• TRAVEL RESTIRCTIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS: Local
