• To begin as soon as possible

• 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (8 hours guaranteed)

• Monday-Friday only

• Minimum of one week per month on an ongoing basis.

• All cases except for cardiac and complex pediatrics (if you have providers who don’t want to do OB or Neuro that may be okay just put in presentation. If someone just wants to work Endo only that is okay too).

• No Supervision (CRNAs work autonomously)

REQUIREMENTS: MO License

PAY RATE: $230/hr (8 hours guaranteed)

BOARD CERTIFICATION REQUIRED – YES/NO: Yes

• Strong preference for local candidates

• 150/night hotel

• Mileage reimbursement

• No flights

• Credentialing Fees are reimbursable

• Temps are available

• With a clean file they can credential in 1-2 weeks
