I am part of the Anesthesia team! I work on recruiting Anesthesiologist or CRNAs (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists) for open positions at facilities that we work with throughout the country.
Brief summary of your skills and/or specialties:
I’ve had a lot of experience over the years with outbound calling, prospecting, and business development so I’m able to use those skills here when prospecting potential providers to work with but most importantly building that connection and relationship with them so that they know they can come to me or us here at MPLT Healthcare about any of our open jobs or with anything they may need.
What is an interesting/fun fact we would be surprised to learn about you?
A lot of people don’t know that I’m a classically trained pianist and I’ve been playing piano since I was 6 (haven’t played recently though so don’t sign me up for the talent show)!
What is your best work memory?
There are quite a few memories that I can recall in the short amount of time that I’ve been here. But I think my favorite memory so far was College Colors Day! It felt like an adult field day and had so many fun activities for everyone to participate in. It was so fun to get to see everyone in such a carefree manner and to get to know other people from other teams. Plus seeing everyone in the favorite college/professional sports team gear was so fun!

The first provider I ever spoke with was in the process of moving to the same city where some of my family is moving to! It was so cool to be able to hear about how excited this provider was for moving to this new city and be able to exchange places to go eat, activities, etc. so I can let my family know about them as well as give the provider some recommendations as well. It felt really cool to make a connection to someone who I’ve never met before about something that my family is also experiencing!

The company culture here is unmatched. I have never worked for a company that has openly expressed so much support for us, not only as employees but as people. Coming to work every day puts a smile on my face because everyone here is so nice!

Our core value of Never Give Up comes to mind for me. This job can be difficult, but by persevering and keeping a positive mindset it helps you keep pushing through and not give up until you get the results you want!
